Antonio Giacomin is an artist born in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, where he began his painting career in 1980.
He spent time in the United States, Mexico, and Europe dedicated to activities to improve his art and technique.
In addition to his artistic production that characterizes and differentiates him, Giacomin develops workshops, creative workshops, and lectures, also attending artistic commitments at various events abroad.
He has taught workshops in Italy, Portugal, China, and Spain.
The artist toured Europe promoting his art and teaching workshops in the cities of Fabriano, Bra (Piedmont), and Florence in Italy, as well as Montemor O Novo in Portugal, among others.
He participated in 'Fabriano in Acquarello', one of the largest watercolor salons in the world, representing Brazil as a guest artist.
He traveled to China where he was also a guest artist with the mission of painting for other Asian artists.
He was invited to be part of the jury and open the event with a Master Class on 'Potter Art' in Potrero de los Funes, Argentina.
He returned to China for a nearly 30-day trip with commitments such as exhibitions, meetings with artists, simple paintings, video recordings, and demonstrations alongside other invited artists.
In 2022 he returned abroad promoting and teaching his art in Chile and Peru.
In 2023 he returned to China for a period of more than 30 days to launch his didactic watercolor book written in Mandarin and English and promote his art.
In 2024, the artist participated in the 'YAKU International Water Festival 2024 – Río Cuarto – Argentina' and continues promoting his art online and in his studio.
