Natural landscape workshops in watercolor
Very soon, for the first time, Antonio Giacomin, a world-renowned Brazilian artist, will come to Mexico to conduct a workshop during the II International Art Festival RÍOS DE COLOR.
Giacomin, passionate about light and shadow and driven by the passion to paint with this medium, searches in nature and in unlikely things for the sense of humor to transform ordinary elements into true works of art. The artist with his own fresh impressionist style full of light, will conduct a unique three-day workshop in Mexico City.

Schedule: 11 am to 7 pm with 1 hour for lunch in Mexico City.
The workshop will be held in Mexico City, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a one-hour break for lunch.
You will learn about modern urban landscape techniques in watercolor.

Content
This workshop is aimed at everyone interested in painting with watercolor.
It will show you the necessary techniques and methods that will give you complete knowledge of it, and will stimulate you to create your own works of art.
Topics to be covered:
• The importance of drawing and sketching in watercolor.
• Composition and basic perspective.
• Simplifying what you see.
• The use of colors and how to use your pigment palette.
• Light and shadow.
• The importance of whites on paper.
• How to capture the essence outdoors.
• How to overcome anxiety and the speed of our objective.
• Working art with passion and making it part of our daily life, transforming it into moments of relaxation and pleasure.
The artist will conduct exercises following up with all participants.
The topics covered will include landscapes, which the artist will bring as samples, as well as general elements captured at the course location itself.

Antonio Giacomin
Antonio Giacomin is an artist born in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, where, in 1980, he began his career in painting.
He spent time in the United States, Mexico and Europe dedicated to activities to improve his art and technique.
In addition to the artistic production that characterizes and differentiates him, Giacomin develops workshops, creative workshops and conferences, also attending artistic commitments at various events abroad.
